Even if we have sent you a confirmation email containing your order number and details of the ordered goods, we reserve the right to accept the order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for specific reasons, including but not limited to: product out of stock, incorrect product description or pricing, and incorrect order. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Any item you purchase may only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our return policy.
Our return policy is part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our return policy to understand your order cancellation rights.
You are only entitled to cancel your order if the returned item is in the same condition as when you received it. You should also include all product manuals, documents, and packaging. Damaged items, items that are not in the same condition as when you received them, or items that are worn simply from opening the original packaging will not be refunded. Therefore, you should take good care of the item while you hold it.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We will use the same payment method you used when placing the order, and you will not be charged any refund processing fees.
You are not entitled to cancel your order in the following situations:
Used or resale-affected bags
If a bag has been used, worn, carried items, or shows obvious signs of use (such as scratches, stains, wear, odor, deformation, etc.), it will be considered to affect resale, and the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Products with incomplete protective tags, hangtags, or original packaging: Orders cannot be cancelled or withdrawn if the original hangtags, tamper-evident seals, packaging bags, dust bags, accessories, or attachments of the bags have been removed, damaged, or are missing.
Natural contact or indentations due to the material and structural characteristics of the bags: Due to the natural characteristics of leather, fabric, or other bag materials, minor indentations, creases, or texture differences may occur during transportation or storage. These normal occurrences do not constitute grounds for order cancellation.
Special sale items that have been clearly stated and confirmed: Bag products that are clearly marked as "non-cancellable," "non-refundable," "special offer," or "final sale" before purchase cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We continuously update product information on the service platform. Product prices on the service platform may be incorrect, descriptions may be inaccurate, or products may be out of stock. Updates to product information on the service platform and to advertising information on other websites may be delayed.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, stock availability, and service. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice.
Shipping Policy
We will arrange shipment of the product to you. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs listed in the order process. Shipping and handling fees cover the costs we incur in handling, packing, shipping, and delivering your order.
Once we hand over the goods to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipping delays.
